Services
Our appraisals are done in house by one of four Gemological Institute of America (GIA) graduate gemologists. A GIA stone analysis is the most accurate in the industry. An accurate, unbiased appraisal provides you with a retail replacement value of your jewelry, along with detailed descriptions and photos in case of loss or theft.
We try our best to accommodate expedited service requests, but on average our jewelry repairs take one week. We offer appraisals for a fee of $125 for the first item and $95 for each additional item. We do not currently offer insurance but are happy to provide references. We offer a 90 day return/exchange policy but will always do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

When you make an investment in a piece of jewelry from Jewelers Trade Shop, we're invested in making sure it gets to you safely and securely. That's why every necklace, bracelet, ring, earring, pin and brooch is shipped to you via United Parcel Service (UPS), fully insured during transit. And why we require an adult signature upon delivery.

My fiance and I went to get our wedding bands today and Hartley provided us with the best service! I sent her a picture prior to going and she had exactly what I wanted ready! I had a custom engagement ring and ring guard made based on my own design and using my grandma's diamond. They did a great job and I got input every step of the way. Allie is who helped work with us and she was delightful. If I want any custom jewelry done in the future, this is definitely where I'll go!

Just made my first purchase and will be back! The whole staff was friendly and helpful but the real gem in this place was Bob Johnson! My husband and I wondered in on a whim, liked a few pieces but I wasn’t in love with the settings. Bob mentioned that they had a custom shop on site and worked with me for the next two days to get me the perfect… stone and build a custom piece. I doubt it was the most expensive thing he sold today, but he treated me like it was…and that was priceless! Thank you Bob for making this a memorable trip and helping me build a beautiful ring! Always great service. Forgot my phone and went back in . Before I could ask about it the lady who helped me asked If I was missing my phone. Rings I took I. My wife and I had just moved to Pensacola and needed some jewelry appraised for insurance purposes. Jewelers Trade Shop was recommended to us and we couldn’t be happier. When we arrived we were greeted by Anna who was very cheerful and welcoming. We got our jewelry appraised and was happy with what there estimated values were.
