The lease is a scam, may be better than some but over all you're paying for them a truck and if you don't do what they want and how they want they'll find ways to screw you over and watch when you leave cause they won't hesitate to lie on your DAC even if you turn the stuff in and take pictures, they put down I quit under dispatch because I wouldn't take another load to end up with another $3 paycheck for the week after running all they'd offer me.

I've been trucking since 1987 and once I found hirschbach I found a home to retire at my driver manager Dawna and the rest of the staff are wonderful to work with. Great equipment to operate. Great benefits to take care of myself. I encourage anyone looking for a trucking job to give hirschbach a try

Quit your crying u all Rome was not built overnight. Do not lease if u do not understand how trucking works, did u think you were getting everything free with no deductions . Buy a car u have to pay. Just be firm on your miles u need to run and they will work for you. There not perfect here, but no company is, just keep the whining down and get trucking.

Terrible. The lease purchase is a rip off. You will be paying for all the expenses and left with a check in the low hundreds every week. They limit your miles to preserve the trucks so they can force you to sign a new lease after 3 years are up. They have their own brokerage and keep 80% of the loads profit for themselves.

Lack of professionalism and mutual respect are the biggest problems at this company. In my honest opinion, by far this is the worst company I've worked for. You're not told everything when you're hired and they're not completely honest with you. For example, a simple thing as a work schedule should be thoroughly explained. I was given one schedule when the job was offered to me and once I actually started I was given a different schedule. I was hit by Hirschbach truck driver and the police report confirmed that his driver backed up into my truck and Their claim adjuster said that the police report was not enough to prove their driver's fault. I had to go to the company where it happened to prove that more. This is trash company and self insured.
Drivers, Be careful where you want to work because something that can happen to you would not be paid on time and you are going to have a hard time to deal with this company.

PROS: Great Company all the way around. The Trucks are loaded with all the luxuries and kept up mechanically. Caring, Upbeat, a great Company for the new generation of Truck Drivers. They have a Healthy Driver Fitness Program, with a Fitness Coach. I recommend being a Company Driver not an Independent Contractor. CONS: they are a HUGE MEGA CARRIER, Home Time was hard to take, every 3 weeks minimum out. If you lease don't expect a lot of home time. My TRUCK was not thoroughly detailed when it was assigned and I didn't get to choose my Truck, even as lease driver.
