I am always amazed when I walk in here and ask what aisle I can find a particular small item and an associate can tell me both aisle and shelf. They have a huge array of product from home decorating to nuts and bolts. I asked about a shelf peg holder and the associate asked 1/4 or 5/16 inch peg? These guys know both their inventory and product. No need to travel off the island- you may pay a bit more, but it's worth fighting in season traffic.

This store has a terrific selection but, too much attitude. They refused a return on an unopened Ace branded product purchased from this store and seemed more interested in proving me wrong than taking care of a frequent customer. I had to remind them that, yes, we do have other choices. I'm heading to Amazon.

Incredibly disappointing service. We were there on a day they have listed as closing at 4. Guy locked the door as we walked up and said closing at 1. We needed a couple screws. Would have taken 5 minutes.
It is no wonder they are being replaced by the big guys like Home Depot.
I truly try to support our small local businesses. Usually, the service and personnel are better, obviously not here.
