Honest, trustworthy, reliable & dependable. These are the description words I would use to describe my experience with this shop. I love working with Gary. He services items quickly. His prices are fair. He is kind when you call. He is patient when you ask questions. I love this small business. I have been doing business with him for years and years. WE NEED MORE PEOPLE like him in our world doing business.

Gary is the best and I trust him completely. He has gone above and beyond to help me with my vacuums and sewing machines. He is extremely kind and answers all of my questions. They even took the time to watch me thread my machine because I kept having issues and we figured out the problem. I am so grateful to have a place with incredible customer service and excellent repairs for a reasonable price.

I love this hometown service shop! I brought in my old Kenmore vacuum and only a few days later, picked it up looking new. The owner is thorough -I had a damaged cord which he spotted, and I authorized for repair- and he somehow managed to buff out years of scrapes on the head. I paid a fraction of what I would have, had I bought the same quality, new machine, and am confident I’ll get another 10 years out of my vacuum. Today, I’ll drop off a sewing machine with tension problems (that occurred only months after buying it) and look forward to repairing piles of clothing and drapes.

You should only bring things here for cleaning or repair if you want:
*Excellent and pleasant customer service
*Very reasonable repair/cleaning cost
*Your machine to operate BETTER than it did new!
Brought in my 10+ year old serger because there was something wrong with the needle chuck.and I couldn't fit needles into it any more. I got it back completely threaded and loaded with needles (nice!) and it looked brand new. They even carried it out to the car for me :)
Took it home and was just amazed. It threaded easily, no tangling on startup. And it was so quiet! This machine used to sound
