Here at Merced Medical Supply, we are one of the local authorized dealers for a variety of Portable Oxygen Concentrators. POC's are perfect for the active/traveling adult. Most POC's are FAA approved making it possible to travel by air. The Merced Medical Supply difference is that you will be scheduled with one of our staffed Respiratory Therapists to get you set up and started on your new machine.

Nichole is an angel. All their staff is amazing. They really do go above and beyond for their customers. So glad I came here for my c-pap supplies. These people are a godsend.

I called about a simple replacement part. I have everything- the nebulizer itself, the tubing, the medication, the mask. I needed the bottom half of the cup. The extremely condescending woman on the phone informed me I shouldn’t have lost it, that they need a prescription for the bottom half of the cup, and that they would not give it to me even if I paid cash. she kept harping about needing my insurance card (I offered to use that, or pay cash) but apparently you need a prescription for a replacement part of a machine you ALREADY OWN.
This was an urgent situation. My kids asthma was acting

The staff at Merced medical supply is very polite and friendly in there to help when I visit there a lot of situation I had with my sleep app Mass they went all up their way to help me to recover another piece to go to it they didn't have to do that but they did the staff is awesome I get them 10 thumbs up but greatness

Yet another year of nonsense. They once again did not bill my mom's insurance right and are now calling and harassing us to have my terminally ill mother go in for testing and recertification during a covid outbreak! Also threatened to remove the oxygen for her home! They really need to be investigated pronto!

Getting a specialist visit, diagnosis and prescription were so tedious. but when it came time to get it, it was a breeze thanks to the staff at Merced Medical Supply. their advice also helped me pick a mask that dramatically improved my sleep comfort. now I can read before I got to sleep as opposed to staring at the back side of a piece of plastic running from my nose to forehead.

They are being very careful with the virus. The lady came out to find out what we needed and went back in to get it. There curbside phone number wasn't working so she personally came out to wait on every person. Very good customer service.

It's frustrating as all hell when you talk to different receptionist and they give you the run around. I had surgery and had to walk in to sign a paper as my insurance had picked up my prescription. I was told to walk in and only sign a paper so I wouldn't have to pay again. NOT THE CASE. I came in and the receptionist said I owed $25 for the specific ELR pieces and also had to bring in the old wheelchair to swap out for another one. Okay wait what? AND she had nerve to say she talked to me, yet she didn't mention that I had to pay for anything or bring the old one in. Customer service

I went in because I needed a CPAP for my sleep apnea. The problems started even before my appointment date.

Problem 1 - My appointment was for Friday May 4th so I could have over a week before we left for vacation. They called the Tuesday before reminding me of my appointment on Wed. the 2nd. I told them they had the wrong date and that I couldn't make that day. The next available was for the 8th, which meant I only had 3 nights of use before vacation.

When I did get fitted things seemed to go fine.

Problem 2 - A couple of weeks after use I wanted a different mask. The sleep coaching

The receptionist was very rude to me on the phone, sounded like an older very bored and sarcastic African American woman. They also took weeks to call me back about a shower chair for myself and had previously told me they'd deliver the chair and now my family has to go pick it up for me. Ridiculous service and the least they could do would be polite on the phone when contacting crippled individuals who have a lot more to deal with during their day than someone with both of their legs.

I went in and tried to get my prescription for arm brace. And soon as I showed them what insurance I had they treated me like crap! Then I went to ask the cashier a question about a brace and she looked right at me and walked away without one word! I will never go back and will make a complaint to the medical board!

This review is in regards to their 24hr on-call answering service. We were visiting Sonora area to go camping over the past weekend. My husband forgot his cpap mask and we didn't realize until late night on Friday. He tried to sleep without and when that didn't work, we made a makeshift mask (which didn't really work either). At about 2am I started searching in the internet for cpap supply locations nearby (we were 3hrs away from home). I called after finding the 24hr hotline and the fact that they were one of almost none cpap suppliers I could find nearby. The woman who answered

I only wish I could give less than one star for Merced Medical Supply!!!!

My mom hurt her knee and was told that she needed a wheelchair to get around. I called Merced Medical Supply to find out what I needed to do, and they told me they needed orders from the doctor. The doctor's office faxed over the orders to Merced Medical Supply, and I called Merced Medical Supply back to make sure they received the paperwork. They said that it would take a few days for Medicare to go through, and I told them that I would take care of it until Medicare kicked in because my mom couldn't be without

I actually reside in Kentucky but I'm living in Modesto temporarily and I have a cpap machine. I've had it about 4 years on an old insurance plan so it's not covered anymore. I started having problems with it recently. I called all around Modesto but no one services them if they aren't their rentals. So I got desperate and called this place in Merced. I got the friendliest service on the phone. They arranged for me to speak to a member of their staff and worked around my schedule to make it happen. I'm not even a client. Great knowledgeable staff. Caring and compassionate. Make sure to get what you need and also follow doctors prescription.
Have lost or medical supplies on hand and if they don't have it they'll get it for you.
