Our Staff Report

Debaura was born in Chicopee Massachusetts. She went to Greenfield Community College for Recreation Leadership, and is now a Certified Activity Director. She also is a Certified Eden Associate, committed to providing a stimulating environment for our elders with incorporating plants animals and children as an integral part of their lives.

When a family member was a need For short-term rehabilitation we were undecided where to go, a family friend had recommended Oak Hill Manor we were very pleased with the medical team there and the therapy staff we highly recommend Oak Hill Manor for short-term and long-term care

Thanks Oak hill for taking care of my mom.
The facility is nice, clean & freshly renovated *****
Staff are welcoming & accommodating
Was looking for a good nursing home to place my mom & sending her to "Oak Hill" was the best choice I could've ever made
She doesn't stop bragging about the food & how good the staff take care of her
New York Could use more of such facilities these days.

I wish I can give this this place 10’stars!!! Oak Hill manor is the best Rehabilitation center I’ve ever been at. From the rooms, food and staff I was in and out and on my feet in less than 10 days! Thank you oak hill!

Wonderful and caring staff at this facility. They truly go above and beyond every day to ensure the residents get the best care possible. The facility handled covid extremely well and had excellent outcomes. From the clinical team to rehab to recreation, the team is 5 stars all around! Keep up the amazing work you guys are doing!

Reviews of this place are fake. There has not been a resident named mark in the past year or Michael suleiman. I worked there and the staff are awesome and try very hard but the leadership is terrible

The nurses, aides, activities staff, and therapists are lovely people. But there are only about half as many staff as they need. The director is a cold, uncaring man who deflects all criticism. The food is poor, even for what you might expect. The best possible thing would be for all the staff to find jobs elsewhere and for this place to close down.

I think the State needs to investigate this place. 1-Still understaffed, one assistant for 30 residents is illegal. 2- They don't offer any benefits for employee's, they don't pay time and a half for overtime or holidays. 3- The staff is extremely lazy and rude. If I had my love one's here I would get them out fast and run.

I happen to be visiting a loved one of mine, who needs fulltime care, Sad to say but there not getting, very understaffed , unsanitary , ruff on there patients , as well not doing the daily duties of a nurse. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who can't fend for themselves, keep close eye on and visit as offton as you can, only been a few short days and all down hill.

Boutique style Nursing Home with an amazing caring team of professionals. I was extremely satisfied with the care my Grandmother received here. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were always satisfied. Thank you to all the staff at Oak Hill Manor!
