So much to share here. What to expect - on time pick up, personable driver (Bob - who is the owner / operator but his son manages the business), clean mini-van but well used vehicle. Bob prides himself on being able to put 300K miles on his car. I do think that for one to three people their service is four star worthy. Why I gave 2 stars. First, I’d suggest Bob be more safe in driving. He breaks the speed limit laws regularly and will chance running the yellow light when it is more close to turning red. The Gather / Son combo don’t appear very attentive to details in their booking. I kept emailing

Flawless, dependable service! We spent the Thanksgiving holiday in Orange beach and the Ontime Airport Connection saved us a thousand bucks over what I would have spent on a rental car. They give peace of mind by sending regular communications through email and texts, and it is assuring to know that your ride will be ready. We flew in late on a Sunday night, but that was no problem for them and they didn't charge a premium for the late hour. The vans were incredibly clean and drivers were friendly. We will use them anytime we find ourselves flying in to Pensacola to vacation on the gulf. Bob runs

My husband and I recently went on vacation to Gulf Shores, Alabama. Our flight was delayed 2 times total of 5 hours. Our shuttle was booked previously for pick up around 11a.m. My husband was in contact with our driver, I regret forgetting his name, nicest young man, and he was so easy going about our delays and just told us to let him know when we would be landing. We had a delightful ride for an hour or so and we were informed about the area and had some good laughs after a stressful airport/flight situation. If there were 10 stars we would have rated a ten! I'm thrilled to have found this company as they took away the stress of arriving on time at the airport and home again to Fairhope.
Robbie texted that he was in route earlier in the day of my departure and arrived exactly at that time.
On my return date he texted me directions to his van as I hadn't been to the airport before, and he also mentioned that he'd be in a different van.
I've never had a more pleasant and comfortable ride to and from an airport and I highly recommend this outstanding company with reasonable rates!

Flat Rate! Easy to book online! Great communication via text message the day before and day of travel from our driver, Robby!
Tried two other companies who took my info and said they would call but never did. A Ontime let me book right on the website and confirmed via email immediately.
The van was clean and easily fit my family of 5 with our luggage. Driver was friendly and chatty (but not too chatty).
Travel time was as expected (1.5 hours from Sandestin to Pensacola Airport). And we paid the driver with our CC after we arrived at our destination.
Would highly recommend and do it again!
