We decided to use Richards Pool Care to close and winterize our pool. We currently have tenants who live at one of our properties and required notice before the pool being closed. After waiting all day for any type of communication we got a call from the owner “Bob” who instructed us that the pool was closed and that’s that. We tried to tell him that we required at least a call before coming so we could be there but was met with a very bad attitude and yelling.
