The cell network providers, like AT&T and Verizon, are upgrading their networks to communicate on LTE and 5G networks and they're phasing out 3G and 4G communication technology. Service was fine until it was time to cancel as my contract ended. Multiple times, trying the call the office and talk to a person and if someone even answered the phone usually ended up with them claiming no knowledge of anything. Even made arrangements for them to come get their equipment which took several attempts for them to get it. Even though, verbal and written cancellation has been made and they did in fact come and get their equipment, they refuse to cancel the service and continue to bill me. For 2 weeks continued to get harassed by the monitoring service even though the alarm equipment
