Brandon has recently took over ownership of Wenatchee Powersports and is excited about bringing a wider variety of powersports to the Wenatchee Valley. He is an avid rider himself and enjoys getting the younger generations thrilled about this industry. In the future, he looks to start a rider support program and to get the valley's youth more involved in riding.

During my WABDR Section 3 ride I got ”FuelPumpFailure” warning twice before Ellensburg entry and then riding from Cashmere to Chelan on the road. Bike was suffocating above 5000 RPM. Next morning I called Wanetchee Powersports and they said since I am riding WABDR please bring the bike over as fast as you can due closing early on Labor Day weekend. I drove there and these fine gentlemen helped diagnose the bike and found no warning signs in the system. They did thorough search and found three screws which blocked the fuel vents. Great and fast service! Now bike get the fuel it needs on higher

I recently bought a KTM, and need some insight and work done on my bike. Ben Howser is a great guy and very helpful! You can't miss him he's the tall guy with a NC accent! He's good people and very helpful overall their team there is outstanding. Cody in service will bend over backwards to help you out and is a wealth of knowledge!

I was disappointed in the service Dept making me feel guilty that they had to come get my ranger because the dealership in okanogan closed. I tried to find one to borrow and couldn't. Then once they got it Moses wouldn't give a date when it would be returned. It's not the customer fault that the dealership closed, it should be an opportunity to attract new business not shove them away. Randy was the only service tech I talked to who showed decent customer service. Have a good day

This is by far one of the best places to buy your Powersports in the PNW. They have great customer service, an excellent service department, and the parts manager is very knowledgeable along with his parts team. Not to mention a great sales team. When entering the building there is always someone to great you with a smile and they are ready to help with any Powersports need. Highly recommended and hope you all buy here.

This review is both good and bad.
Took my Polaris Pro in for what I hoped was a drive shaft bearing but it turned out to be much worse and needed a full engine rebuild. They gave me a quote and went to work. After a couple of weeks they called and told me it was going to cost even more which was frustrating but understandable. I wasn’t in a huge hurry to get it back but after 2 and half months in the shop I was getting frustrated, especially because the only updates I got were when I called in to ask about the status. When it was finally ready and they started to load it on the trailer I noticed
