My name is Jenna and I am the photographer and owner of Jaebird Photography. I grew up in the SF Bay Area and loved every moment of it. After attending college and graduate school in Southern California (which I loved as well!) I planted my roots back where I came from and got married and started a family.
I have been doing in-home Newborn Sessions for almost a decade! I have the upmost confidence in my ability to take professional newborn photos in your own home. I will provide everything needed to take photos in your home. If you book a Newborn Session that includes images of baby sleeping and posed in props, I will bring along flooring, wraps, accessories, props, lighting, and more.
Outdoor Maternity Sessions are a beautiful way to document this important milestone in your life. We'll work together to select the perfect location in the SF Bay Area or Greater Sacramento Area. I'm available to offer guidance and referrals regarding outfit choices and hair & makeup. Indoor Maternity Sessions are a fun way to get personalized, documentary photos in your own home.

We have used Jenna for newborn photos and family photos. She is so great with the kids and always makes us feel so at ease. Trying to wrangle kids and still get good photos is such a challenge and she handles it like a champ. We highly recommend her!

Cannot day enough good things about Jenna! Hudson is two months old however he was born 3 months early. I didn’t have high hopes of him being sleepy or as flexible as a newborn however she was able to get every pose we wanted and more. We can’t wait until our family pictures next weekend and definitely plan to book her for any future sessions. Highly recommend Jenna!

We have used Jaebird photography for 2 of our newborn shoots. Jenna has been nothing but professional, kind, generous, sweet, and helpful. She is so sweet to the babies, and handles them so gently. She thinks everything through before meeting with you. She has all the props clean and ready to use, she has her ideas for pictures (but is open to hearing yours!), she makes sure your baby is comfortable. Jenna has taken many photos for me and my family. I have seriously loved every single one of them. We did a maternity shoot almost 5 years ago with our first born and I was not feeling the greatest about taking photos while 9 months pregnant.
