I recommend this company to anyone!! Rhett, the general manager, is very responsive and clear on things. He walked us through the entire process and was very helpful in getting our roof replaced because of wind damage.

Rhett was very timely in responding to all my questions. His crew came when they were scheduled to & did a great job replacing my entire roof in less than a day. Curb Appeal Exteriors fixed a roof leak for me located at a vent stack. Rhett was timely with providing a quote, proof of insurance, and answering my many questions before scheduling the work. Our house flooded with category 3 water and Curb Appeal stepped up the plate and helped us every step of the way. They did not do the demo, but answered all the questions and concerns I had about it as well as helping with questions I had regarding what the adjuster would say. They did our rebuild and their crew did an AMAZING job! I highly recommend them. Jeffrey, Rhett and Juan are awesome and when I decide to make some changes that I want and not a necessity due to a flood, I will definitely be using them again. This company is well-run and does high-quality work. We have a complicated and large roof, but the crew came out ready to go and had it done in a day and a half, cleaning up behind them. The owners worked with me regarding insurance claim checks to make the process simple and painless. I would definitely use Curb Appeal again and recommend them to our friends!

As a first time home owner, Rhett explained how this process work to help me replace my storm damaged roof. Suggested the best material for replacement. Within 2 weeks everything was done, I didn't even need to be there. Trusted, reliable, fast, certified and knowledgable. He will do what's best for the situation, not taking advantage.
