I'm so late posting this review and I hate that because they did a PHENOMENAL job helping me last year when my house was completely flooded (and all but destroyed) due to a winter storm in Texas. I found them randomly - but I'm thanking my lucky stars that I did - they were SO RESPONSIVE and absolutely knew what they were doing. They got to work straight away and got my entire place cleared of the mold and mildew - they contractors who came in to rebuild even said they did a great job. On TOP of all this - they treated me with patience and compassion during what was one of the most stressful periods

Hurricane Ida resulted in flooding water and sewage entering and filling my basement from floor to ceiling, and up the basement stairs to the first floor. G-Tech Restoration Inc. was working at a neighbor's home. Within an hour of my contacting the office, the owner, Don, reached out to me. He was at my house that same day to survey the damage and assess the scope of the job. Don gave me a fair price and was true to his word when he said his crew could start ... which was the following day! In less than 3 days, his amazing team of workers had completed the water extraction, removed all of the contents

The whole team at Gtech Restoration are the absolute best! This is my first experience with having to call a restoration company to my home and hopefully the last but if I ever have the need for it again I would not hesitate to call GTECH. I will recommend them to anyone I know that ever has an issue in there home needing professional clean up. I had the misfortune of having a leak in my roof which turned into black mold in my attic. Don at GTECH sent a crew over to my house with WILL being the man in charge. The work had to be done in my son's room and they took the time to prepare the work area

If all service and repair businesses were like G-Tech, no one would ever be stressed out about property damage. This was honestly one of the best, most transparent, fair, and helpful service experiences I have ever had and I am so grateful to have had Don and his team as a resource to fix the water damage in the home I was selling. They not only did a fantastic job fixing the problem thoroughly, going above and beyond to ensure a seamless repair (seriously, you cannot even tell where they cut, patched, sheet-rocked, tiled, etc.) and dry-out in less than a week, well before my closing date deadline

We had a serious accumulation of mold in the basement of my mom's house in Queens. Don took the time to provide a comprehensive proposal of the scope of work to be done and the services to be provided for remediation.
