Brandon was referred to me by my employer, He came highly recommended. I have been a client of his for several years and I am extremely pleased with his service. He has completely replaced and upgraded my wife's desktop and support for my laptop. He has come to our home when necessary. He responds to my questions and need for help promptly. I am a new client of Second Star and have been very pleased overall. My questions are always answered quickly and all requests and completed in a timely manner. Second Star may the On-boarding process extremely easy, we were all set up within days - I also really appreciated that Brandon came to us… and a few of those times it was to help with set up of our new equipment in office. As we are a new business, we are constantly making changes and Brandon has been extremely accommodating and patient with us. In April 2016 I opened my own business. I was clueless regarding IT needs. My wife fortunately stumbled on to Second Star Technologies here in Bakersfield. Brandon simply saved my butt.
