This agency was not very honest in the way they conduct business. I was told on numerous occasions that I would receive contact in regards to a same day submitted application. Instead they NEVER called within 8 days of submitting, I called about 10 times in between, and then when I finally got tired of waiting they answered that someone else has secured the property. Business is business so I'm not upset that an amazing individual secured the property, but integrity and communication plays a key role in business.

Signed a two year lease. For TOWNHOUSE in Chesapeake and they told me everything will be fixed. Been here 6 mos and windows dont have locks and some are cracked. Patio door don't work ducked taped shut. Slum lords still did not fix.They told me no bugs but this place is infested with HUGE ROACHES AND ANTS EVERYWHERE. They sprayed once outside only. they refused to spray inside. We had an attempted intruder and front lock was popped. My daughter changed locks so we can be safe. According to our lease we supposed to have 2 AC units only one i had to buy another one. Still no AC downstairs. Sent several

Went in to sign our lease and they didn't have it ready even though we confirmed the appt the day before and a few hours before our appointment and even got there early. Took them two hours to get the lease ready and we had our two year old child with us which made it more difficult since they were so unprepared
