My experience:The Cottons Appliance crew came in and installed all new appliances for me. The installed a total of 8 new appliances, tested them all for functionality, removed all the old appliances, and cleaned up the mess. All of this was done in a total of about 1.5 hours. They were very professional, neatly dressed in uniforms, work trucks with company markings, and on time.

I can not understand the negative comments on Cottons Appliance Repair LLC.
Marcus and Contrina restored my faith in humanity.
My dryer stopped working, Marcus quickly found the problem and changed the thermal unit. He changed the duct from the dryer vent to a better product and never charged me.
He also, checked my washer drain issue.
His right hand on the telephone is Contrina, she is an angel!
They gave me a time for service and was very prompt. He was very professional and polite. Best of all, he actually knew what he was doing! This man is honest and fair. I would hire him to repair any

Please don't let this jack leg company touch your stuff they say they have been in business for 30 years but had to come back 3 times and still didn't fix my washer I'm out of $270 and the washer still didn't work 😕 when I called to complain his lady said sorry buddy and blew me off and I have another call and hung up

Where do I start, they were sent (not chosen) by my home warranty company and "fixed" the dishwasher it the first time. Then 3 weeks later (after waiting a week to get an appt), the same issue occurred again and magically glass was in the previously examined pump. For a 15 minute service "call" they wanted $100 dollars....
