Laurent "Larry" Remillard is a graduate of Punahou High School where he was the Hawaii high school state wrestling champion at 155 pounds. Larry then attended University of Hawaii and was also an assistant wrestling coach at Iolani School. At UH, Larry was inspired to pursue a career in law by the plight of flood victims as recounted in the book The Buffalo Creek Disaster by Gerald M. Stern.
Under Hawaii Law, the driver of a motor vehicle - a car or automobile, motorcycle, moped, etc., has a duty to exercise reasonable care while operating his or her vehicle. This means that a driver in the City and County of Honolulu and within the State of Hawaii must pay attention to traffic conditions, obey traffic lights and signs, drive within the speed limit, and yield the right of way.

These law firm took almost two years to settle my case (very simple case, rear ended at a stop light) and they took a large amount of fees out of my settlement. Would NOT RECOMMEND this law firm to anyone! I can never get in contact with any attorneys in the office, no status updates, and runaround for everything. Poor service, very unprofessional.

Has to be the ABSOLUTE WORSE experience I've ever experienced in working with a Law firm. To say that my accident happened 1/20, and finally settled around 9/21for much less than what I expected. It's now 11/21 and I have NOT RECEIVED MY SETTLEMENT CHECK YET. I call and call and call yet my SO CALLED ATTORNEY refuses to even speak to me, sends me to his assistant / secretary. Who basically tell me the same thing over and over again. Saying that the insurance company has not sent my check as of yet. Injured 1/20 settled around 9/21we're going into 2022 soon. This CANT BE LEGAL AT ALL, furthermore

My cousin was involved in a hit and run and this law firm went above and beyond to fight for a settlement with the insurance. The insurance did not want to pay from there they took my cousins case into litigation and killed it reaching policy limit. My car was totaled in a hit and run. I wasn’t sure of what to do at the time, but I’m glad I contacted The Huynh Law Firm. They provided the guidance that I needed and worked around my schedule during those hectic times. I was informed via emails of the development of my case and received phone calls when in person visits were needed. It took roughly 4 years for the case to resolve, but I can’t be anymore satisfied with how it turned out. The staffs were also friendly, helpful, and professional along every step of the way. 10/10

I am not one to typically leave reviews but I have been working with this law firm since I was in an accident in 2018 and to say it has been the worse experience ever is an understatement! Despite my hard efforts it’s impossible to get in contact with anyone especially the attorneys. When someone does answer the phone they do not know anything about your account despite talking to you several times before. They state someone will call you back which of course never happens! All they care about is putting money in their own pockets. Do not use this law firm. You will greatly regret it if you do
