Went in for a trailer VIN verification. Josh performed a thorough inspection then advised me on certificate presentation to the DMV as there was a discrepancy with the manufacturer and parent company listed on the title. This advise proved invaluable when dealing with the DMV. Josh is a seasoned professional in every aspect. Dealing with Hickman is a pleasing experience. Hickman has been and remains the go-to-establishment for all trailer and hitch needs in COS.

I bought my trailer with Josh 4 or 5 years ago and anytime I ever need anything he's more than happy to help. I dropped my trailer off cause one of my guys damaged it and he was able to get it up and running in no time. The guys in there are always friendly and professional. Josh and the team at Hickman are AMAZING! Their customer service is beyond reproach and they go WAY above and beyond. I needed a break controller for my Escalade and they suggested a Bluetooth controller by Curt. Josh walked me through the setup and when I was having issues with the wiring on my Escalade he walked me through that too. He and his dad go above and beyond for their customers and are refreshingly personable. We will be back for sure 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼

Chris (owner), Mike and Josh went way out of their way to help my husband and I fix the brakes on our RV trailer. Though they were very busy, these men were patient and kind to us in our emergency. They also demonstrated they are extremely knowledgeable and had a good stock, at reasonable prices, of what we needed. We couldn’t have had better help in a situation where our lives depended on on it and we needed to stretch our dollars. Hickman Trailers is the best!

These guys are great they help us out with the little shorty single axle. I did a axle swap for us pretty much free of charge under $300 bucks blew my mind.guys were quick reminded me to retorque my lugs.. they also do the tire swap for me no charge well since the axle was off no biggie right.. all in all excellent service I definitely go back there for any of my trailer needs. Great shop excellent crew very knowledgeable staff spawns from a great owner I'm sure.

Unhelpful and pushy, they only want you in and out as quickly as possible. The younger gentleman at the front counter seemed very annoyed by my questions before purchasing but didn't hesitate to inform me that I would be charged a restock fee if I returned the part, if they even allowed the return at all. And even though some employees weren't wearing masks be prepared for parking lot service in a very sketchy part of the city if YOU'RE not wearing one as you will be immediately be questioned and kicked out by the guy at the front counter. And don't bring your kids in they are

These folks are life savers. The lug studs on the camper trailer snapped on me while in transit from Louisiana. After 6 hours of fighting with roadside, I did the job myself. I am very grateful to encounter someone willing to help me get the right parts needed to get rolling again. If I'm ever having trailer issue in Colorado, I know where to go.

The employees and service at Hickman Trailer are outstanding. Our travel trailer had serious axle and brake problems when we arrived. They checked it out immediately, gave excellent advice, ordered the difficult-to-find part, and installed it at a fair price. Josh (service manager) was always courteous and kept us informed throughout the process. As a result, we made it home without a problem (~1,500 miles of serious winter driving in late December). Jeannie and I are deeply grateful to everyone at Hickman Trailer. We highly recommend them; they are a truly special team.

This business is amazing! They are first rate technicians who treated my wife with the utmost respect and courtesy. We took our pickup in for repair of faulty trailer wiring. They completed the repair same day, including searching the city for Nissan specific parts required to complete the job. Their prices were more than fair, charging us much less than other options in Colorado Springs.
They have become our "go to" business for anything related to trailers, hitches and wiring. Josh and Chris, you guys are amazing!

I live in Denver and after searching for a car trailer at pretty much every dealer up here, I found Hickman. I drove all over and found the brand Diamond C at another dealer but they were unwilling to deal on their's, even though the paint was scratched and had rust bubbles. I searched Diamond C's website which linked me to Hickman, a quick phone call and they not only met the price in Denver, they blew it out of the water. Definitely a happy customer'

I would highly recommend Hickman Trailers to anyone needing trailer work. I was in town for a College Reunion and brought my triple axle Keystone Raptor along so the dogs could come too. While in town, I decided to have the axle bearings repacked and check the brakes for operation. I called and scheduled an appointment with Christy, I asked if they did tires as well and she recommended Rex Tires as they were the folks who did their family's tires.

I needed some welding done to my ATV trailer. They called me the night before to remind me of the scheduled appointment and when I left the trailer they told me they would call me when ready to pick-up. Four hours later they did call. Picked up the trailer and very pleased with the work and fair price. The guys are very professional. I will be back for future work.

I would not recommend HickMan Trailer because of how the owner Chris Moore treated me after I brought it to his attention that his company was very unprofessional in not providing any estimates or requesting any approval from me prior to making all repairs. (Read below for the details)
Yesterday I took my pop-up to Hickman Trailer, and I was greeted with a very kind gentleman who listened to all my requests and offered suggestions that I would not have thought of on my own. They purchased our RV and were awesome to deal with! They were fair, made the entire process easy (i honestly don't think we had to do anything! they handled it all!), were very friendly and made you feel like you could trust them.
