Like most every review here service was good at first , then it would go off for sometimes a month at a time , this last time I was sent a new sim card and it worked fine till i got a message to take a pic of the number on the sim card and send it to them , then it mysteriously stopped working again. I was refunded 1 month is all , If you want an internet service that takes your money and doesn't provide service KP is your company ! If I could do negative stars I would . If you can't provide quality service or any service don't sign people up ,

When I first signed up they were outstanding. This fall They asked me to do an upgrade and that is when the problems started. I have had incomplete service since Dec 1, they asked me to do another upgrade and sent me a new modem and the best I could get was 1.6 download and less than 1 upload. They prefer online service requests but when you don’t have internet that is hard to do.

Like so many other reviewers have reported, we had great service when we first signed up. Since the change in what they call "partners" we've had frequent outages. This last one lasted a week and all they can say is it's their partner. We have really slow speeds more often than not. If you have other options I recommend pursuing them.

They are absolutely horrible. The front desk lady Ezalina is absolutely rude. I have been without internet for 3 months I have to drive an hour and half to their office to get something done just to be faced with rude customer service. If you can I’d choose Internet elsewhere because they will start off great and just go downhill from there.

I used this service for over a year. My bill went from $75 to $125 without a heads up. The man who hooked everything up for me and signed me up told me that if I ever needed help, just let him know and he would help. I had so many issues with internet over that year that I was with them, and when I asked him for help he would just tell me to call support. I had no service for a month, every time I called and tried to contact them no one would get back with me. The only time they got back with me I was at work and couldn't answer , never heard from them again. I had to personally drive to Tyler

When I first received service the internet service was fine, now that I’ve had it for roughly a year during peak times the service is literally useless from 5pm-10pm. I’m assuming the towers are congested and they can’t do anything about it. Alot of times I’m having trouble with my service they ask for the SIM card information. Well my SIM card is 15’ high outside mounted on the side of my house…They have all this info in my records but they expect the customers to do their leg work for them..they have quick response times for customer service but there is definitely room for improvement

My internet is constantly going out and I can’t anyone to answer customer support number nor return my phone call. The amount of money paid for not having internet is ridiculous and I will cancelling as soon as someone will answer or return my call. I run a business from my home and this is unacceptable and I will find an internet service company that actually works and provides customer support. I don’t recommend KP Evolutions to anyone that is needing reliable internet service or customer support that will answer the phone and provide a solution to your issue to get your internet back running

I have told many people that live in rural areas about how great KP Internet was. In April we were informed of an issue with AT&T, I understood that, and a new provider would take over. In the mean time our speeds would slow down for a "few weeks". Here we are about 6 months later and I am barely getting dialup speeds! I am paying $30 more a month and can't even watch a video on Tik-tok at times! My speed tests are about 1 mbps download and 0.09 upload! Before I was averaging 20-40 mbps download and 10-15 mbps upload.

When we first got KP internet, the service was great and cost less than half of what we're paying now. Every since they had a company wide change, my internet has been awful to the point of not even being able to stream music. They were supposedly doing an upgrade a couple of months ago that didn't fix anything and have done absolutely nothing else to try and resolve any issues we had. All of this on top of our bill being $130 now vs the $55 it was when we first signed up. The only reason I'm not giving just 1 star is because the gave us a credit for the month they were doing the upgrade.

For the second time within a month my service has mysteriously been disconnected. The first time it took almost 2 weeks to get it resolved and that was only with my continued follow up to let them know it wasn’t fixed. There was no follow up communication with the me even when they thought it had been fixed (and in reality it wasn’t).
I upgraded my device for “better reliability and service” and received a new SIM card supposedly to correct the issue. Now just a couple of weeks later, my internet shut off again at 0330 this morning and has yet to be restored.

This is in reference to their internet service. I gave two stars cause the employees are always nice and polite. But that's where the good ends. Very long story short, they are my isp. The only I can have where I live. Internet suddenly stops working. After many days of trying to contact them I get a new Sim card. Internet speeds are now avgess than 3mbs down. Three weeks later, the new Sim card stops again. Get new card today, but this time I brought the modem with me. On the way home, I pull over 1/4mi away from the ATT tower and make sure my cell phone is connected to it. Run speed test
