I am so pleased with this doctors office. I called on a Saturday as a new patient not feeling well and they got me right in. I was even able to get my blood drawn the same day.

Beware one of the worst doctor's office I feel in Baltimore county they can never get your medicine correctly sent to the pharmacy I was left there today was supposed to have six medicine sent to my pharmacy they only received one the nurse practitioners that are there are very rude and inconsiderate and care nothing about people they want you to come back every month to get prescriptions written just to work the insurance companies and get that office visit from the insurance companies I'm going to see what I can do about this through the state of Maryland and try to have this place closed down

I received 1st bill 02/05/21 for services on 05/17/19 (almost 2 years later), when asked why was informed that they had a problem with the 3rd party billing for 2 years and had to hire a new billing company who is playing catch up. Informed that if not paid would turn over to collections. This is the most stupid thing I have heard of. They are shysters for billing services 2 years later. Watch your billing

Horrible. Tried to make an appointment at 9 am on a friday of holiday weekend. Just for a vaccine. They did not respond. When it was a private private practice with Dr Bharag things worked much better. My vet is quicker to respond. I feel like i can no longer trust them after over 20 years.

Marisol has been my nurse practitioner, she is very detailed which I appreciate but when it comes to medication she is not about giving patients what they need. She has done blood work on me and I have an under active thyroid, she has not monitored it or prescribed me anything to get my levels to where it should be which is highly disappointing
Just a further update she is the reason I will not be returning there. Several patients I know personally and have met outside of the office have similar complaints. She is probably one of the worse medical professions I’ve ever had. She will never fill

My initial experiences here have not been good.
I have not been able to get test results in a timely manner. My referrals, if I get them, have been screwed up or not done. Doctor's notes have things in them that we did not discuss. I am still waiting for medical records and test results to be sent to a specialist and it's been at least 4 months. We need to find a new doctor. Last time I went I got a nurse practitioner. She was very nice but I'm pretty sure It was billed as a regular doctor's visit.
