Physical therapists, like other care providers, have specialized areas of expertise. Women's health training is not a routine part of a general physical therapy degree and requires coursework after obtaining a degree in physical therapy.
Physical therapy is critical for clients recovering from sports injuries, surgeries, or effectively manage an ongoing health concern. Pathways now offers mobile / in home services, allowing patients to obtain their therapy from the comfort of their own home or office!

Cara was great. Figured out the root of my lingering pain and got me back to running and crossfit with no pain. Cannot recommend pelvic floor physical therapy enough for all ladies. Great clinic with very professional and knowledgeable staff.

Fantastic. Cindy was extremely thorough in her consultation and evaluation of my individual needs. During my physical therapy I could tell she truly cared about me and helping me heal. My shoulder responded really well to her treatment and I am back to doing exercises that I had taken a long break from! I would and will be highly recommending Pathways.

I had the fortune of seeing Cindy after I sustained a work injury that left me without mobility of my right arm and in debilitating pain. Her diagnosis included a holistic review of my health and well being. She is so knowledgeable, gentle, and effective in her treatment. After being treated for an acute injury, I continued to see her for prevention and maintenance therapy. She uses a variety of modalities that she tailored to my injury. I would recommend her to everyone that is looking for relief of pain, injury, imbalance, and is seeking whole person care from a very trustworthy therapist.

My appointment with Cara was A+! From the very beginning I was impressed with the ease of scheduling, getting paperwork filled out online before my session, and the warm and inviting feel of the clinic. I had delayed my session for over a year, struggling with debilitating pelvic pain. After just one session with Cara, I had the tools and support I needed, and my pain has not returned. I couldn't be more grateful for the holistic care I received. My only regret is not having come sooner! As a physical therapist myself, I know this team is the real deal. I recommend both Cara and Cindy to my family

I've worked with both Cindy and Cara and know them both to be very knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. Cindy was recommended by a friend who - as an ultra-runner and competitive athlete - said Cindy was the best! Indeed, Cindy helped me get connected to my pelvic floor, the foundation of core and spinal health, and gentle exercises for an acute injury. Cindy's calm demeanor was helpful through a difficult time. Her mindfulness training really helped ease my anxiety about my injury. Then COVID hit. I saw Cara for one tele-health session which was excellent, too. She gave me some additional

I recently completed the Mindful Life Foundations Course with certified teacher Cindy Schmidt. My main goal was to establish a more consistent meditation practice but I came away with so much more. The class provides a safe environment and Cindy is an experienced, skillful facilitator. As a result of this course, I have gained the tools to help me align with my values and make healthier choices. I highly recommend this class and teacher!
