Established in 1978, Vargo tool and die has served the machining industry and tool building needs of American industry. After many years located in the Detroit, Michigan area, a strong customer base developed in the Northeast Wisconsin region. In 1996 our company moved to Marinette, Wisconsin, to better serve the increasing majority of our customers.
We now serve a customer base that distributes our work around the world. Aerospace, automotive, medical, fire protection, paper, and marine are all industries we built relationships with and continue to support. Vargo tool is a fully equipped machine shop with state of the art CNC machining, and our workforce includes talented machinists.

Vargo tool has the CNC machining capabilities to meet all your needs. Our engineering department alongside our talented workforce assures quality for your parts. We can handle very large parts to very small. We have 4th and 5th axis capabilities. Single piece manufacturing and a production department that can handle 50-5,000 pieces.
Our Marinette location is located at 3545 Parsek St., Marinette, WI 54143. Includes 1,000 square feet of office and engineering space and 14,000 square feet of manufacturing space. Also includes the Okuma MB 5000H with pallet changer and the YCM TCV 3000A-5 Axis. Our Peshtigo location is located at 921 Ogden Road, Peshtigo, WI 54147.
Full 5 axis vertical machining center equipped with 110 deg swivel milling head and 360 deg integrated rotary table. Just added is our new Hexagon Metrology 7.10.7 SF shop floor coordinate measuring machine. It is designed from the ground up to surpass the demanding requirements of a shop floor. We have also added the the tesastar-m, TKJ 7.5 degree head which allows us to inspect even the most complex parts.
Vargo Tool and Die is committed to provide high quality product, on-time deliveries, and superior customer satisfaction through continuous process improvement. To ensure our quality standards even further we have just recently added a Hexagon Metrology shop floor coordinate measuring machine. Gaining immediate insight into quality control will help us react quickly to process variations, reducing scrap and increasing productivity.
