I strongly recommend O’Brien Insurance for all of your insurance needs. Jim is super responsive, price competitive and extremely knowledgeable with respect to insurance options for consideration. I have done business with him for over 20+ years and always found that he has had my best interest at heart. I currently use O’Brien Insurance for all my personal and business insurance needs - from home, auto, umbrella, renters insurance for my daughter, jewelry riders, etc.

I switched over to O’Brien Insurance about 15 years ago. Jim quoted me a bundle that was better than Allstate. I rarely use insurance but who doesn’t like saving money. Erie has remained pretty stable over the years on premiums with only small increases at times. I had a sewer pipe crack in July and called just to see if I had coverage. At the time I had no idea how bad it would end up being. Anyway, Jim told me that we had discussed a select bundle Erie offers earlier in the year while I was refinancing my home which includes underground service line coverage. It only increased the premium
