This is jean i am back again...with more info about roy and david...they say they are experts but yet and still they couldnt fine the problem but the said they found it just to get extra money i guess because what they said was wrong still havent been fixed ...so heres the deal i will see them in court because they will not honor their warranty....remember this is florida expert in jacksonville....beware....because they will get mad at you if they cant fix it...now to bbb to add them there ....anyone who sells goodman is a crook because goodman is a know defect that i cant understand how they are
