I visited the store for the first time today and was blown away by the tour I was given and the hospitality of Charlie and his staff. The display of McIntosh equipment was was the most extensive I have seen and Charlie's knowledge of audio equipment and home theater components was very impressive. Anyone who is interested in setting up a home theater, or in improving the listening experience of music, should definitely visit Stereo Barn.

Stereo Barn gave me a fast response to my inquiry, no nonsense answers to all of my 900 questions, GREAT advice, and the MOST important- trust!
Everyone here will work with you to assure you are happy you're doing business with them.
There are very few businesses where I get an instant "Good Vibe" but this is the place. My first instincts were correct, and I plan on returning every time I want to upgrade my home theatre

I was concerned with freshly painted walls what would happen with hanging a large TV above a fireplace. Our goal was to not have any ugly wires or boxes showing. The technicians at stereo barn were knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction with two choices. Not only were they able to accomplish what we asked, they showed up on time, got right to work and left the area perfectly clean. Also, I really appreciated Meredith. She was extremely helpful in explaining some current electronic trends, our own system as well as others we are considering in the future. Thanks Stereo Barn!

Only 5 stars? Should have the ability to rate them higher than that! I've been dealing with Stereo Barn for at least 27 years and have purchased numerous pieces of upscale audio/video equipment from them primarily because they've always taken the time to show me the product and have shown tremendous knowledge of their products. I've purchased B & W speakers, McIntosh stereo equipment, Sony video projectors and more multiple times as I've upgraded my system at least 5 times over the years. First had to pay 105.00 just to schedule an appointment. Then three (3) weeks went by and no telephone call to schedule.....then we had enough of waiting and called to get our money back because we hired someone else, the salesperson had the balls to say....I am sorry you are impatient but we will refund your money.....UNREAL!!!!!!!!!!! YOU TAKE OUR MONEY AND THEN NEVER CALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am truly amazed you speak to customers that way and are still in business!!!!!!!!!!!! GOOD LUCK!
