We had an issue with connecting our POS system to our new printer in the kitchen. After spending hours, we couldn't resolve the issue, so we contacted NSI. Anthony came in as scheduled and took care of the issue instantly. We couldn't be happier with their service.

NSI is amazing! They are immensely knowledgeable and always patient and thorough when explaining the different elements of our office's systems and the technical support they provide. They have quick response times and are incredibly personable. Our office never needs to worry about viruses, hackers, or outdated devices because Anthony and his team are on top of it!
