These updated 2 bedroom 2 bath and 1 bedroom 1 bath condos are located at Bradenton Beach on Anna Maria Island, directly off Gulf Drive. Runaway Bay Conidium's is a lovely private community on beautiful grounds between the Gulf of Mexico and Sarasota Bay (north of Sarasota and south of St. Petersburg).
Anna Maria Island has over seven miles of beaches to explore, but finding the perfect beach for you is important for having the ultimate island experience. Both of Dans Florida Condos are located directly across the street from the beach. We offer two deeded access points to the Private Beaches for your family's enjoyment.
We are a short walk across the street to our private beach access. There is a traffic control signal which allows for safe crossing of North Gulf Drive. Nestled on Florida's Southwest Gulf coast just south of Clearwater and north of Sarasota, Anna Maria Island is the perfect vacation spot for a quiet Old-Time Florida holiday.

We stayed in Dan's Florida Condos at Runaway Bay Condominiums for the second time last week. Both times we stayed in a 2 bedroom unit.
Please note, that our rates (unlike other listings) are flat rates and include all taxes and cleaning fees. When shopping around, make sure you are asking for the "all in" rate, as many times you will be surprised with additional fees and taxes once a competing property claims your interest. Please note, a refundable security deposit is held for each reservation which is returned withing 10 days of checkout.

Rent from Dans Florida Condos! Dan was very easy to work with. We appreciated the flat rate no surprise pricing. We were fortunate that our furry friend was allowed to join us. We had to cancel past the date where we would have gotten a refund. Dan was very understanding and because he was able to rent the place to someone else he refunded our deposit, minus the booking fee. This was very generous. We would definitely recommend renting from Dans Florida Condos.

We had the most wonderful family vacation while staying at Dan's condo! The condo suited our family of four (mom, dad, 4 and 6 year olds) very well. It was clean and well stocked. Dan was a dream to work with. All of my communications were responded to with lightning speed and accuracy.
The pros: The beach is only a 4-6 minute walk and it is a beautiful beach. We agreed it is one of the best ones we've ever been to.
The condo really has most anything you could need: paper towels, trash bags, sunscreen, pool and beach toys, a beach wagon (so nice to have!), beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels

We went to Siesta Key in April 2021, loved the beach there but also checked out Lido beach and Anna Maria Island. We fell in love with AMI, so we wanted to come back in the fall or winter. My wife found Dans Florida Condos online, so we made a reservation for the end of November. We could not be happier with our choice, great Cond we reserved a 1 bedroom.
All amenities that you need, full kitchen with way more utensils you could ever use.
The location is very close to the beach, you cross one road a short walk and you are there.

We had a fantastic stay here and plan on coming back! We stayed in the two bedroom and the unit was clean and spacious. The complex is very well maintained and quiet. Dan was a very responsive and attentive host. The location is perfect...easy walk to the beach and a short stroll to many local shops, restaurants and bars. There is also a trolley stop right out front which was convenient. I definitely recommend Dan's Florida Condos for your stay on AMI!

Our 1st time visiting AMI, definitely will not be our last. Dan’s one bedroom condo was perfect for our family of four, felt like home.
We had to contact Dan over a parking pass we lost during the week. He was very quick to respond to us to resolve the issue we had. We look forward to staying next year!

Dan was great!!! Very responsive, even with the smallest request! He thought of everything. Was literally a home away from home. The condo was extremely clean and had everything you could think of! There was more than enough towels, sheets and blankets. Having a big family, this was a big deal to us and something we were worried about- but everything was taken care of. Next time all I have to focus on is packing clothes! See you next year, Dan!!

Dan was such an amazing host. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure that our needs were met. Our fur baby Lucy was welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit was immaculate and had everything we needed. The complex is well maintained and has a variety of amenities for all ages. The unit is a very short walk to the easily accessible beach. We can't wait to visit again!

We are repeat guests at Dans Florida Condos. We have stayed in both the 1br and 2br units. Both units come with beach towels, full kitchen to make even a full family meal (and blender to mix the vital frozen drinks), and beach chairs with those nice straps that allow you to carry them like backpacks. Our favorite part of the condos are the screened in porches, which have rocking chairs and overlook the fountains and waterway that run throughout the Runaway Bay Resort. Very peaceful spot to sip morning coffee ect.
