Education for our clients and our staff is a top notch priority for us here at HOPE. In this visit we will cover introductions, current snapshot of financial situation, budget, debt, insurance and investment review, initial action steps and scheduling of our follow up meeting. These annual reviews are a great way to catch up and make sure we're still on the right track. They lied to me from the start they wanted 2 payments up front I did that and was told my money would be sent out no later that evening or the next morning they were suppose to call me after the check went out. That never happened so I started calling finally after 20 times calling they answered that's when I got told they needed $500 more dollars to issue the funds.The whole thing was wrong I will never recommend them to any one.
