This condition develops as the cartilage of the thumb joint wears away and no longer allows the joint to glide smoothly. We love Dr. Jacobson!!! He is beyond brilliant and still very down to earth and very thorough! He is patient and compassionate!!! Great with kids!! I'm beyond confident that we are getting only the very best care!!! We trust and love him dearly!!!! Luckily we haven't need for his services lately! Keeping our fingers crossed but if we had an emergency we know who to turn to immediately!!!

Dr. Jacobson did surgery on both of my husband's elbows/hands (cubital and carpal tunnel). His professionalism is unmatched!! He even took time to call my husband each time to see how he was doing. That is amazing.
I am going to have surgery by him soon and I have to say I would be seriously uncomfortable if it was not Dr. Jacobson. We are very blessed to have this surgeon in our area.
