Shona House started her small baking business in 2011 in Rogersville, TN, but Shona House started her baking as a child. Shona spent many hours in the kitchen with her grandmothers and her mother learning how to bake. She has continued to hone her cooking and baking skills by attending cake decoration classes from the top cake decorators and the University of Tennessee Culinary and Catering program.
We take pride in creating unique cakes that are both visually stunning and taste great. Our cakes will help you create great memories of your wedding in both photos and in compliments from your guests. From traditional wedding cakes to contemporary designs, to unique or eclectic, we can create them.
Owner Shonda House has many talents in the kitchen and that includes cooking savory meals for all to enjoy. Her second business, Lost Mountain Cakes & Catering offers full catering services for weddings and special events. We provide your guests with exceptional dishes made from scratch to ensure an unforgettable dining experience!
Creating fresh floral designs for cakes inspired us to emerge into the floral industry. Today, we operate as a full-service florist known as Church Hill Florist & Gifts. We're your local source for fresh, beautiful flowers year-round. Specializing in wedding florals, event flowers, everyday flowers and holiday orders, we always have something bright and cheery for any occasion.
All orders are shipped via UPS. We ship on Monday - Friday excluding holidays. We do not ship or deliver on weekends. During busy times and holidays, we may sell out on certain days and therefore will not offer that shipping day. After entering the zip code you want to ship to, you will be provided with a calendar showing available delivery dates and associated costs.

My daughter's wedding was in December, 26,2020. We contacted Shona to do flowers, cake, and catering. First, the real wedding flowers for the attendants, bride, and others were fabulous. We also had her make a white birch arch and it was spectacular. She also made columns that were wrapped with faux flowers and topped with a candle. I have to say that these columns lacked any professionalism at all. Very cheap looking and actually would have looked better if I had made them. To go on now about the groomsman cake. It was all wrong. We asked for the St Louis Cardinals in baseball and got

Shona did another masterful job, providing us with an exceptional wedding cake that was perfect in every way. Our wedding cake & macaroon tower were beautifully designed and easily captured everyone's attention; they tasted phenomenal, and we can't wait for our first anniversary!
