As a project management company I would consider them after every other option was thoroughly exhausted- they seemed to use our weaknesses as an excuse to stretch the completion. They only had one onsite manager who had personal issues that kept him away and they had no suitable alternative - no depth... and insisted on fees in the ending months regardless of apparent performance issues. Research for yourself, please!

Would not recommend the Teamway model. Teamway will charge fees much higher than a general contractor, yet have none of the liabilities of a general contractor such as builders risk insurance , delivering on time and budget and making sure quality of construction. In the project at our church, no one knew how much it would cost, how long it would take or the quality of the sub-contractors. The project is more than a year beyond when it was supposed to be completed, significantly over budget and the quality is sub-standard. Teamway continues to collect all their fees at the church's expense.
