This was a three day job. They arrived at 7am every morning with a crew of 5-6 guys and didn’t stop moving the entire day. This company was customer focused from start to finish and exceeded every expectation we had. Honestly we were a little hesitant to spend the money on this project but feel very good about the value we received once the job was completed. It was impressive. We highly recommend this company.

We got several bids from reputable companies. Loren (owner) came to our home, went over the job in detail. Made us very comfortable with his knowledge and ethics. He was not low bid, and in fact, another company tried to lower their bid after they were made aware of the bid amounts. We had told them that they needed to be competitive. We declined the last minute bid change from the other company and went with Houston Deck and Shade. The job was spectacular. They tore out a deck that had disintegrated having been built touching the earth. They redesigned the new deck with extra gates for

Called for a quote - the gentleman that called me back confused my house with one he had done work on.in past....immediately started ragging my house and the builder. He apologized once he realized his error. He still refused work from me even after I explained it was work I needed done, nothing to do with the builder. Really? What kind of business are you running?? So glad he showed himself before I got involved. Will gladly take my business and my money elsewhere.

They were very professional polite and accommodating. They finished way a head of schedule went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with the job and it is gorgeous not only did they do a beautiful job they tore down and hauled away the previous deck and play structure and clean up all the mess not leaving a nail not even a splinter out off place.I recommend this company whole heartedly.
