Absolutely no customer service - I called 4 times regarding a problem and each time was promised a call back. It never came. They did the counters for Toll Brothers in Newtown and once you are off the warranty, they don't want to know you. They do not even extend the courtesy to return calls. 0 stars would be appropriate for this company, but google doesn't provide that option.

My experience of La Pietra has been excellent. Everyone with whom I dealt was most efficient and courteous, from the first time I walked in and met Fabby, who took me to chose the stone, to the people who came to measure and then fit the beautiful vanity tops. Any queries I had along the way were answered promptly. The CAD session with Angel before final approval was so interesting, seeing how expertly all points were addressed. From meeting with Angel to order and pick out stone to installation today done by Boous and Aulto (sorry if I misspelled your names) and everyone and everything in between, it was an amazing experience. Professional, reasonably priced, excellent communication throughout the process, on time and courteous. Most of all my new granite counters are beautiful. I will recommend La Pietra to everyone. I had the best day experience at La Pietra. Fabby and Angel were extremely helpful and professional. They paid attention to every detail and kept me posted throughout the entire process. They went out with me to pick out my slabs on cold days and had all the patience with me. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

Excellent job! Five stars! Great people and very professional. We ordered from La Pietra a granite countertop for our bathroom. The outcome is better than we could imagine. These guys have done exactly what we wanted (size, quality, piece of stone). In addition, their prices are very reasonable. We paid just $500 for our countertop. My experience with La Pietra was terrific and easy. As this was the first real work I've had done, they helped make it go smoothly. The selection of stone is vast and the different types, the pros and cons of different stones, was well explained. Fabio and Junior were friendly, helpful, and patient, as were all other staff. Any questions or minor issues once installed were addressed readily. The kitchen counter is beautiful! I was impressed with their follow up and responsiveness even after all the work was completed. I would return to them in the future and recommend to others.

La Pietra did a gorgeous and professional installation in my kitchen. Dealing with them was a pleasure. The true mark of a company that is worth recommending is what kind of customer service you get when things don't go perfectly. But in my case, even with a few glitches (wrong tile delivered from the manufacturer, contractor's installation mistake), Fabio and his team worked with me until it was right. I recently posted a review and was asked to delete it off of the site by the "La Pietra" Owner. I deleted my post in knowing that the company would then show us their customer service in full effect. This did not happen. We made arrangements for "La Pietra" to fix their mistakes (fill in the Grout when they mis measured our countertops) They then told us they would be at our house between the hours of 8am-9am.
