Larry was VERY easy to work with. Responded quickly, was adding ram to my 21.5 inch imac, which requires some technical skill to take the screen off and computer apart. Dropped it off and picked it up same day, computer is running much better and the process was seamless. Highly recommend!

Larry said he'd have it done Wednesday, then couldn't have it done until the following Monday. When I reminded him I had an online class, he told me to just come pick it up which I was happy to do. When I picked it up, he was just finishing repairing it! He hadn't called to say that he actually could repair it and would that be all right, he just went ahead and did it. When I protested that this wasn't what we had just agreed upon, he became belligerent and accusatory. I felt forced to pay over 200.00 for work I didn't authorize. When it was done, the wifi connectivity was less than it was before

My dc jack wasn't working properly and I called for a quote to replace. They guy was friendly and told me he had the part in stock, gave me a good price, and also told me when he was busy and when I should bring it in so I wouldn't have to be without my computer as long. After he had looked at it, he called to tell me he didn't need to replace the part, he found a blockage and was able to just clean it and he didn't charge me unnecessarily! I appreciate the honest service!
