Most horrible place I have ever experienced. Loved one has been ther for months. Locked in a room since Covid not allowed to get even a bit of fresh air outside. The latest is the residents are being kept in their rooms supposedly short staffed. Now for the last week they have no cable for residents. This place is horrible! Stay away.

Mom has lived at the Palms for 1 1/2 years. She is quite content as she has been able to keep and care for her precious KitKat. The staff is very caring and keeps the residents busy with inhouse activities and, now, bus rides to break up the 'quarantine' during Covid-19. The residents have been well taken care of during the epidemic and all remain heathy. Thank you Palms staff.
