My gallery, Paradise Oriental Rugs, formerly located in Sebastopol, CA is now located in Santa Rosa. I am currently selling rugs on an appointment basis at my home showroom. I also ship rugs out of state and can easily do a video for a client on any rug of interest so that all the details of a particular piece can be clearly seen.
After almost 15 years in Sebastopol, I have now moved my business to Santa Rosa, CA. My rugs are available on an appointment basis in a convenient location off of Santa Rosa Avenue, very close to downtown. Easy to find and free parking! I bought my first rug from Penny at Paradise Oriental Rugs over 20 years ago. Last week, I purchased 2 more and now I have 7! I keep going back to Penny because of the high quality, the beautiful designs and most importantly, I trust her! Her knowledge of rugs is remarkable and enthusiasm contagious. The rugs are so beautiful, I call them "floor art". Highly recommended.

I am simply delighted with my 4th rug I just purchased from Penny. This is not my first purchase from her and I had no hesitation buying it from a picture and quick chat with her. The quality of her curated selection of rugs is like nowhere else. In fact, I am always complimented on the other rugs I purchased maybe 10 years ago. For example, a friend who had moved to Dubai and was visiting literally immediately laid down on my rug when he saw it and starting stoking it saying how in the world did I find such a quality rug? He turned it over and was stunned by the knots per square inch...Thanks

We met Penny at her home where she has a vast collection of exquisite rugs. My wife and I had seen a few on her website we liked so we made an appointment. The selection was substantial and she quickly learned our taste. She realized we were especially fond of the Bajair rugs from Iran. There is nothing like the feeling of a hand made carpet.
For over a decade I have been a frequent visitor and patron at Paradise Oriental Rugs.
Penny has the most varied and high quality carpets I have ever come across. She also has the best selection of sizes. Every once in a while I discover another area in my home for another carpet to adorn. I love my collection carpets that I have purchased there

Based on my experience with Paradise Oriental Rugs, highly recommended! I recently purchased 2 rugs; one 6x9 for my living room and a complimentary runner for the hallway and they are gorgeous! The owner, Penny and her assistant were knowledgeable, professional and very helpful.

Unfortunately, my items were not a good fit for her inventory but she went above and beyond by giving me a personal call, providing me with expert advice and educating me on my items. In addition, she blew me away by sharing valuable insights on how selling or consigning the rugs should be handled and what to expect trying
