The first time a tailor didn't use a tape measure, with mixed results. Jacket sleeve too short and uneven. $28. One of the pants too long.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My friend dropped off size 34 suits and received size 42 back. They refused to refund his $100 despite the fact that they clearly lost his original suits. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!

AWFUL SERVICE!!! taking phone calls in the middle of customer conversations... when I got my suit back it had a a different pair of pants with it, DIFFERENT COLOR AND SIZE, and to boot the ignorant woman told me these were my pants... now I'm waiting to see if she actually returns my pants..... DO YOURSELF A FAV AND RANDOMLY PICK ANOTHER DRY CLEANER/TAILOR, you'll have a better experience

She got them done when she said she would, paid less than 17 bucks for both my pants to have the zipper and buttons fixed. Also bought a cool pair of earrings for 4 bucks from there. I'm completely satisfied and would recommend this place.

Did a great job actually hemming my pants, but the service is TERRIBLE. I went to pick my clothes up after a week of giving them to her (like she told me to) and they still weren't done. She told me to come back in three hours, I did, and they STILL weren't done.
