Hi, I'm Kelly and so grateful you're here to learn more about Renew Holistic Wellness. I have a deep passion for the work I do and love working with each of my clients to help them feel better. I retired from the corporate world so that I could help people NOT suffer the way I did when I got sick. My story is below.
Colon Hydrotherapy is a natural treatment that is the gentle rinsing of the colon with warm water, to remove fecal matter, gas and mucus. When our body is burdened with toxic waste, it functions at a lower level. This removal of unnecessary matter allows nutrients to be absorbed more easily. Colonics can also help re-tone & reshape the colon.
Our bodies accumulate different types of toxins every day through eating, drinking, breathing, as well as exposure to medications, chemicals, toxic environments, household cleaners, fragrances and more. These toxins cause cells within the body to die faster, which can lead to premature aging and disease.
Ear Candling (also known as ear coning) is the practice of placing a lit, cone-shaped candle into the ear. It's an alternative therapy that has been practiced for thousands of years having a well-respected history. It is a non-invasive, herbal remedy used around the world. The heat from the candle creates a vacuum and extracts wax and debris from the ear.
The Biomat is an FDA licensed device that combines state-of-the-art Far Infrared light and Negative Ion technology with the healing power of Amethyst crystals. The mat itself has similar benefits to an infrared sauna (but can be way more relaxing and less sweaty!) and is made of 15 layers of high quality materials, including 30 pounds (!) of amethyst in the mat the client lies on.

Renew has it all from top to bottom! Kelly's approach to healing and correcting chronic illness is amazing. She is great at breaking down the science and functionality of the body in terms that are easy to understand for anyone. The name of the company says it all! I have greatly benefitted from coaching, detox packages, and thermography. Kelly has been a great resource navigating persistent breast pain I was experiencing. I had a thermography scan (totally painless!), and the results were shared and explained so that I could understand. When I was giving up hope because a traditional medicine "breast specialist" recommended I take ibuprofen or chemotherapy drugs to relieve my pain, Kelly investigated natural options. I am happy to share that with her recommendations - my breast pain has disappeared!

I have the colonics and the foot detox done several times and continue to do so every 6weeks to keep my system healthy. Ever since I have had these services done I have not been sick with the flu or a cold. Kelly is so gentle and knowledgeable about what services she provides so that you have a great and calming experience. I also am having her do the thermography on my breast . I am very pleased with her and her services.

Colon Hydrotherapy? You might be thinking that is too strange for me. Let me tell you that Kelly will make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. Colon Hydrotherapy works! I had problems with bloating and the constant feeling as if I had just eaten a huge meal. After my first treatment, I no longer had that feeling. The procedure is painless and done in a very relaxing and comfortable setting. I now schedule an appointment for 6-8 months, because it sure beats the pain from the bloating. Kelly is a wealth of knowledge and I have learned so much from her.

I am beyond thankful I was introduced to Kelly. After my initial consultation for her health coaching program, I knew I found the one part in my health plan that was missing. I love the fact that Kelly offers Thermography Scans. Who enjoys getting a traditional mammogram??? Not too many ladies I know! But I know it saves lives. I also love this alternative. Kelly has an amazing office that is so peaceful and calming that you forget why you are there. Her attention to detail really shows how much she cares for her clients and their comfort. This process is so smooth and there is no touching the girls of any kind.
