Service was great! I ordered a mattress and they delivered it, but once I got it, realized it was too tall for my daughters bunk bed. The delivery person took it back, and then they delivered another one that was the right height 2 days later. Definitely would recommend Mattress33. The beds are also made locally in South El Monte, which is great to support local small businesses

I went to a fundraiser At Pasadena High School. Everyone there was very nice and friendly. The only issue I had was setting up the delivery. It was the 4th of July week and my birthday is within that timeframe. Someone was supposed to call within a few days and they never did. I had to track someone down which wasn't easy. I left a couple of messages on the number on the receipt. I then left messages through social media. It took a few days but someone finally did return my call. The delivery guys were very professional and nice. No trash or mess was left behind.

I would recommend this store to all friends and family, they were extremely helpful and very easy to work with in finding a mattress and pillows. the workers made sure that i felt comfortable and safe while working with them. the employees were able to answer any questions that i had as well as make sure that i was finding a mattress that would work best for me.

I purchased a mattress from dean few months ago but didn't have an opportunity to use it until this week. First off, these guys are manufacturers. When you go there it's an actual factory, not a warehouse; there are people in the building in back stuffing mattresses. They make you your mattress if you don't want what's there and you're willing to pay an extremely modest mark up. Dean made me a mattress with the specifications I asked for then I came back 3-4 weeks later (I live out of state) so that I could do a fitting with my new mattress. It was perfect for me so

I can't believe I found this place. I went in and expected maybe some floor samples or so. However I was shocked to find out they had a whole floor show room It is definitely a hidden gem.
I will definitely recommend to others. I am so glad I found this. I have to admit the location seems a bit hidden but you will be glad once your there and able to test out all the mattresses. There is something for everyone. I'm glad that I waited because I was so close to going to sit n sleep. That would have been a big mistake considering the prices here. Thanks again dean. Can

I've been sleeping on their mattress for about a year now and it's amazing! has held up well and I'm comfortable every night. My fiance and I recently purchased The Bamboo Dream. Like most couples, we prefer different mattress firmnesses. I like to sleep on a wooden plank and she likes to sleep on clouds. Mattress 33 was great with educating us on what to look for and how it would impact our sleep. We are sleeping liking royalty! Our boys have destroyed 2 beds by using them for superhero training and we were in crazy pain with our mattress. Dean was amazing. Deals were amazing. Custom bed made and delivered and set up in less than 2 days! In the rain!! Masks used, gloves, professional all the way. Did I mention deals were amazing. Very happy so far. I'm sure our two boys will be getting beds soon and will have to enjoy their own comfy beds so they stop trying to use ours.

We purchased our mattress at a high school as a fundraiser. We were very excited that the proceeds went for a good cause. Though it took nearly a month before we actually got our mattress & they didn't keep their agreed initial delivery time so we had to reschedule. Other than that, we're enjoying our mattress.

My mother in law wanted a firm bed, so the owner Dean said he would make one for me with the foam inserts. It was a awesome price and he also included the delivery. Once we received the bed, she slept it on for a couple of days and said it was too soft. I was dreading to call Dean back and asked how much it would be to get a new one build without the foam. He said no worries, we will pick that one up and get you a new one, no charge!! I was like what? As promise he delivered the new bed and my mother in law is happy.

I was shopping around for mattresses and was unsure as to what I wanted. I just knew I wanted a king. I started my weekend shopping at different places.
