Horrible service. I have used them in the past and the customer service was ok at best but they had descent prices. Received and approved a quote to remove a tree which required a permit in June 2021 and was then drug along by their project manager for over two months just to be told that they could no longer honor their pricing and that they recommend I shop around for another price. I would strongly recommend looking else where if you need a tree removed.

Highly Recommend Southern Tree Pros. We had Multiple trees removed from our backyard. The crew showed up on time, were respectful of our property and cleaned up when done. I was so nervous to have these trees removed since they overhang our deck and house but Southern Tree Pros are truly the experts and made it look easy!

Southern Tree Pros accepted almost $3,000 tree removal/pruning proposal from us in October and since then they have scheduled the work on two different occasions which they had to reschedule due to excessive rain. They rescheduled us for 1/12/21 and did not show or call.
We emailed the sales rep on 1-19-21 who provided the proposal and have not received a response. We also called the sales rep, the company's office number and the owner (Ben) and have not heard from anyone.

They arrived on time, were very professional, removed everything carefully, and cleaned up the entire area. Their prices are reasonable and estimates and invoices are emailed. Southern Tree Pros did an awesome job at our house! My wife and I bought a house that had a lot more front yard than back, but we really wanted a back yard for our daughter to play in. To do so, we had to do a lot of tree removal and some grading as well. Ben and Troy were great to work with from the start and they were incredibly flexible as our schedule was probably not the easiest to work with either. Their tree team came and in one day very efficiently and carefully removed 8 large trees and trimmed several small ones. They then ground the stumps. Another day, they came back and graded our
