My phone stopped turning on. I came in and they diagnosed it and fixed it. It was amazing and they diagnosed it for free. I tried to pay them but the owner refused she handled my phone with professionalism and care. This place rocks don't go to Brandon come to plant city for the Device Clinic.

Absolutely terrible customer service!! I called them about a phone that they just replaced the screen on literally just an hour or so ago because now the Face ID doesn't work. They said that because we didn't verify that it worked before bringing it in they won't fix it. Well I know that it worked, so they are calling me a liar and refusing to fix. There are so many repair places, please choose a different one! He was very rude as well! Said he was the owner.

On vacation from Los Angeles, I took my iPhone X there after the screen cracked due to a drop. Robin could not have been more helpful. They replaced the glass within 50 minutes and the phone works perfectly responding just as good as it did with the Apple OEM glass. Also, their price was very reasonable. Definitely 5 stars.

I emailed late yesterday to get the price of a screen replacement. I received a response first thing this morning, and brought my IPhone 8+ in at 12:30 pm. By 2:00pm my phone was repaired and looked brand new. I have insurance, but the deductible is $149 and they send a refurbished phone. I really wanted my phone. The price was great, the service was superb, and I am a HAPPY customer! I love 'Shopping Local' and grateful I found them!

Walter is the best !!! Quick and high quality. The price is a little more, but you get what you pay for and he knows what he's doing and saying. He's willing to explain every detail with what he does with you. I HIGHLY recommend and I will NOT be going anywhere else. The Device Clinic is the best hands down.
