He got his start building new construction residential homes, later branching into land development and building condominiums. When he began focusing on Anderson & Rodgers Construction, Teddy worked in all areas from sales and estimating, to site supervision and planning. Now as President, he spends his time networking, building the company, and overseeing all operations.

Anderson & Rodgers Construction came highly recommended to me from a friend who had previously contracted with them on a home project. Although they were not the low bid, I selected them for the construction of my garage/shop building and have no regrets in doing so. I found them to be very professional, but at the same time easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. Although my building is completed I continue to receive calls and texts checking on how things are going. Although my construction plans were very good they made some recommendations and adjustments along the way that improved

Anderson & Rodgers is a highly professional team that handles a wide variety of residential and commercial projects. As an architect, communication between the client and contractor is key to a successful project and they are extremely effective communicators. Anderson and Rogers has their building process down to a science and it is evident in the top-notch projects they complete. Anderson & Rogers Construction was highly recommended to us by our neighbor who had their Lexington 1930's house remodeled. It was the attention to detail on the house that caught my eye. My wife and I also had a 1930's house and wanted to remodel the kitchen and add a screened in back porch, but wanted to keep to the craftsman style of the house. We had previously been through six contractors, with no luck of finding one who could help us. We contacted Kevin at Anderson & Rogers, and were pleased to be teamed up with Eric and Louis at the job site and Shauna with the design work. They were patient

I had a stressful experience with my kitchen destroyed by an accident. Anderson and Rodgers were so professional and provided quality persons in remodeling and providing advice at each turn. It was such a relief having the quality at every level and not having to worry about the process. My kitchen is perfect and I can relax, smile and know the value was well worth every bit.
