Before 1986, the closest thing to an Astro Jump(R) Party in California was a waterbed in a room full of unsupervised children. The founders, 24 year old college pals, drove West from the Deep South with a single Astro Jump(R) and a business plan to simply make enough money to survive for the summer.

This is a fabulous company! They are professional, courteous and always on time. The management are so easy to work with. We have been a repeat customer and will only use them! No event it too small or too large. They can handle it!! If you have a need for a business event, school event or your child’s birthday party make sure to use them. You won’t be sorry! Excellent customer service! They are one of our favorite vendors to use.

I'm very disappointed with this company. We have been using them for the past five years and had yet to have an issue with them until this past Saturday. For the past couple of years using them, we have our system down with them always the 95-foot obstacle course for the weekend of the festival drop off between 6 to 8 am (has to be those times due to the street closures) and pick up at 6 pm. Spoke with Jasmine (which is not who I have spoke to in the past) told her I want the same as the past. She came back with the price and I told her that's a bit more than I usually pay, she said she'd speak

I have referred Astro Jump to TONS of people, party planners, etc. I have worked the events they setup at also. I LOVE the customer service they provide. We have had the pleasure of using this company and weren't disappointed. They were extremely helpful and friendly with the booking process, set up was lightening quick, and pick-up was easy. From our youngest guest of age 3 to the oldest at age 67 they all loved the water slide. It provided numerous hours of fun for everyone.

I have rented from Astro Jump for years. I always call early in the year for our annual Fall Festival to be sure I get the pieces I want. Their staff is always helpful working with my budget, offering suggestions for new equipment, and accommodating our space and time frame. One year someone else wanted one of the pieces we had booked, and Astro Jump called and offered us an upgrade for no extra cost so the other company could use the piece we had originally booked. I have rented multiple times from Astro Jump and have been satisfied every time. My daughters last three birthday party’s have been amazing and she is looking forward to a new water slide next year. From the owners to the workers everyone is very polite and very professional. You will not find a better party rental company in Georgia.

From the initial phone call to the delivery and take Down, astro jump staff was amazing. The office staff and delivery crew were super pleasant and helped answer all of our questions and concerns. Perfect for a 7 year old birthday party. Rent a bouncy castle. The birthday party was 3 hours and not one bored kid in sight. We got the 7n1 bouncy castle. They were able to jump, slide, wall climb...it just had everything to keep a kid playing. The guys that installed it were very nice and professional. Paperwork arrived in email and straightforward. I will rent again from them.
