We worked with Kent on a purchase, we wont be doing that twice. Very much absent from process. Mislead us on repairs and just not very much present even though we were very generous in letting him represent us as the buyers.
We have purchased homes before, usually with a real estate agent of our own. This time I felt like letting the listing agent have the sale as well. I was hoping to be treated like a good client, having added $6000 to his pocket book.
Not even a thank you card or a bottle of cheap wine. This guy is a joke. Doesn't respect generosity.
We closed on May 8th 2019. I stated

I have used Kent Gradowitz twice for purchasing homes and also once for refinancing a home. There is no one else in Bakersfield I would rather use! He is always near his phone when you call with questions and he's got the best personality. He's just fun to be around. He's been in the business for over 20 years so he really knows what he's doing. I've recommended him to so many others and had several friends/family use him too. He is THE GUY TO CALL!
