From the very beginning, my experience with Recruiting Solutions has been more than I could imagine. I have been so pleased and impressed with how Recruiting Solutions has interacted with me. I originally was hired on through the VBO, their sister company but when the pandemic hit the training class was cancelled. VBO sent over a copy of me resume to recruiting solutions where I was offered a position with one of their clients. I have had the pleasure to work with so many great people while on this project and grow within the company in different positions. I am able to do what I love to do, teach and help people! I’m absolutely pleased by the services provided by RC. I resigned from my prior job due to not having work life balance. I was afraid to set out on faith after being with the same company so many years. But God I’m so happy working with Karianna explaining my situation and needing higher income and looking for the right fit she was able to place me at the perfect job. It's amazing how active they are in their recruiting! Not just that, but they have been very engaging, even after finding me the type of employment I was looking for. Did I mention that Jamie actually reached out to me first. After telling her what pay range I wanted and type of job, she told me she would let me know as soon as something came up ( I honestly didn't expect her to). Then, maybe a week later, she called me with a job/pay that was what I was looking for and then some! I highly recommend anyone SERIOUSLY looking for good employment to give them a call.
