When I bring my vehicle to Carol's I know when I get it back it is going to look like it did when brand new. If you value the appearance of your vehicle you won't be disappointed here.

Made appointment to replace right view mirror and right tailight on Dodge 2500. I provided the parts and they replaced in a timely fashion at a fair price.

They took my car in as soon as they could to replace the headlight and replace the drivers door. Came back looking like it came out of the showroom, couldn't have picked a better place to take my vehicle.

My truck had a tough year last year. A dear ran into it and it was damaged in a parking lot. The repairs to the panel came out perfect. Recently, I had the bumper repaired after it was damaged in a parking lot. You can't tell anything was done to the truck, which, in my opinion, it what one would want the results to look like. I'm oddly very picky when it comes to my vehicle, so if there was as much as an imperfection, I would have pointed it out! Job well done from front desk to the repairs!

Had 2 doors replaced after a side impact a couple years ago. Guy at the desk was great. Replacement doors work as well as speakers so I was happy about that. However, after leaving, racing to work, and getting home the next day i noticed there was interior cosmetic damage and the handles do not match my car so that was kind of disappointing. Reached out a couple times within the year after that after noticing the damage and was told there's nothing that could be done. I assumed thats just how it is when you get your car repaired after an accident and let it go. Id probably consider somewhere that

I asked my insurance to use this shop because they have been there for years and if their reputation was not good, they would not of lasted that long. I had to have a tailgate replaced on my truck. I went there, they removed the tailgate and called me within a couple days to say the new one was ready. Fast service and the paint on the new tailgate, you can not tell its not original, thats how good it looked. I highly recommend them for your body repairs

The man at the front desk was extremely helpful. He explained things that my insurance company didn't and I felt like I was very informed with my decision making. Thank you

I took my Honda Civic to Caron’s Collision after I was rear-ended. The initial estimate was roughly $4,000, but when I picked it up (over a month later) the total was close to $7,000. There were numerous cosmetic and mechanical issues with the car afterwards. Many of the panels no longer lined up on the outside, the bumper sagged, the trunk floor had bumps on it, the steering wheel vibrated at certain speeds, the car had increased road noise, and the gas mileage decreased by about 20% (below the EPA rating). The paint was very well done, and you couldn’t even tell part of it had been repainted

My 2005 Colorado was in excellent shape mechanically, frame great, interior great, but go figure living in Maine the rust was beginning to win. I took it to Caron's vs anyone else frankly for no good reason. I just knew they'd been there forever so figured they must be doing something right.
I immediately sensed the feel of a family business, which being a Mainer is what I like. I had $4000 worth of work done, and was extremely pleased with the results.
As a matter of fact, I was SO happy that 3 weeks after I got it back I rear ended someone on Western Ave (damn black ice!) and brought it back
