I had issues with the water & ice dispenser (GE refrigerator) not working and staying on after using either setting. I contacted Authorized Appliance Service via their website. They immediately called me back to schedule an appointment. Randy, their service tech, showed up on time and replaced the computer board very quickly. I had some lingering issues with the water & ice dispenser not turning off after using either setting. I contacted Randy and he came back a couple of days later, replaced the paddle/lever at NO additional fee to me...even after I tried to convince him to at least let
