We help you treat aches and pains for varied degenerative, traumatic, inflammatory and biomechanical causes of pain in all phases of injury. As movement specialist we understand how to protect and safely challenge you in any stage of rehabilitation, from initial healing to high level performance. Therapy involves detailed and holistic diagnosis with clinical reasoning.
It is not normal to have some amount of shoulder blade, neck or low back pain after a long day. Do not get used to some baseline level pain. We offer specialized therapy for spine and neck. We use a combination of approaches including but not limited to McKenzie, Mulligan, Soft tissue mobilization, Joint mobilization, Neural mobilization for assessment and treatment of neck and back pain.
Pre Pregnancy : We customize exercises and strengthening program preparing your body for pregnancy. It includes building stronger core, abdominal and back muscles and pelvic floor exercises and get you ready for all the physical stress your body is about to encounter. During Pregnancy : Pregnancy causes many physiological changes in the body including ligament laxity, change in posture, altered weight distribution of body and walking patterns.
The way you run affects the joints in your body. It is important to run with correct biomechanics to prevent running related injuries and to run efficiently. Faulty running pattern can cause Foot pain, Plantar fasciitis, Patellofemoral knee pain, IT band syndrome, Hip pain, Neck pain, Back pain. You are an ideal candidate if you feel any aches or pain while running or are a professional or recreational runner to prevent running related problems.
