Being able to keep your children healthy is my sole purpose in life. I love taking care of kids because well, I am a big kid too! Does that mean I don't see grownups? Nope, I love taking care of moms and dads too, but kids hold a special place in my heart. They are my fuel. They are the reason I am devoted to providing you with the absolute highest level of care possible.

Your pregnancy is a time filled with incredible changes that lead up to one of life's most exciting occurrences - the arrival of your new baby. Stress on the mom, however, can mean stress on the baby and lead to pain during pregnancy and birthing complications.
You are pregnant and probably realized there are an insane amount of questions to be answered and decisions to me made. You know when you do something major and look back and say "If I only would have done it this way instead"? Wouldn't it be nice if you could speak to your future self ahead of time?
You've just gone through 9 months and are transitioning into motherhood for a new child. This postpartum time comes with lots of changes. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Kelsey & Dr. Alex they are amazing & professional! The office staff are incredible super friendly and always make you feel welcome. They’re understanding, empathetic, & flexible with scheduling and know things come up unexpectedly as a parent with many other roles. The aesthetic of the office is awesome and makes you feel relaxed. Such a great team!

Everyone at Maximized is so amazingly kind and genuinely care for me and my family! I can't recommend them enough! I would recommend them on the chiropractic care alone, but they have so much more to offer than that! They have helped me so much throughout my pregnancy and being a first time mom. They also helped me feel so empowered and supported with the health decisions I made for my family.

From the moment I called to make an appointment for my 15 month old son, I was so impressed! The kindness and willingness to help was incredible and when we walked in the door, we were greeted by name and given a tour of the kid-orientated facility and my son was more than comfortable to take off playing on his own which gave me time to visit with Dr. Alex about our concerns and family history! So, so impressed!!

We love Maximized! The staff is amazing. I love that I feel like they genuinely care about my well being and remind me to take care of myself too in all the chaos. My kids love coming each time and hate leaving. Plus, Dr. Alex likes crossfit and that's one of my passions so that makes him extra awesome in my book! Dr. Kelsey is genuinely kind and has a smile that lights up a room!

Our favorite wellness family! We have been going here since my daughter was two years old. Another child later and we’re still loving every visit and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the way my family is treated. The level of care hasn’t changed five years later (100% always). Love, love, love Maximized Chiropractic! It’s hard to know where to start - the staff is so present, patient and happy, the environment is so welcoming, the care is intentional and well explained, the scheduling flexible, kids are free to play, and overall I am just so grateful that this place is available to families in Bismarck. As a new mom I feel incredibly supported by the staff and this place was honestly the first that made me feel truly welcome as a mom with her baby in tow! My son and I started at Maximized a week ago and I truly feel so blessed to have the opportunity to be apart of the “family”. Our first day there felt so special and personalized. There is such a warm and calming environment when you walk through the doors, and I always look forward to our next visit. Maximized is so much more than “just” a chiropractor!

Our first time walking into the clinic they greeted my son and I both by first name. Gave us a tour of the clinic and 100% have made us feel like a part of their "family". We got a cute personalized letter in the mail and I've never been more impressed by how a clinic treats its patients. Not to mention the amazing 10 minute hydro bed massage that Mom gets complimentary each visit!! Highly recommend.

I'd give six stars if I could. I started coming here half ways through my pregnancy and it was life changing.… The minute you walk in the door you are greeted with smiles and feel like family. I had my daughter on July 3rd and now she gets adjusted when I do. Dr Kelsey and Dr Alex are kind, patient and full of information. Also love the support they offer for breastfeeding moms!😊

The staff at Maximized really go above and beyond! Whenever I get there they make sure my little girl is taken care of while I’m getting adjusted so I can ask the questions I need to and never feel rushed. They also are great about making a community of mothers that can lean on each other and ask questions during their baby cafe days. 10/10 recommend to anyone!

Maximized is top notch. I wouldn’t even have enough space on this page to write all the amazing things they do. They are amazing caregivers, business owners, and professionals. I have been taking my son here since he was a few weeks old and we ALWAYS look forward to coming. I trust them fully and they have been there for me through very challenging times with my son. There is not a single negative thing I could imagine being said about the business or the people who make up the team. We love you guys!

The office environment is welcoming and inviting to all ages. They have thought of a supportive range of amenities including two hydro massage tables in the care services. Body scan and other periodic screenings compliment the establishment and maintenance of a care plan to fit your needs. Spinal adjustments are competently delivered in a gold standard professionally competent way.

I highly recommend Maximized Chiropractic in Bismarck!
Dale Schlatter and I have gone to them since Dr Alex Coleman opened and we have taken our 13 month daughter Ella to him since she was born. He has been there through a number of chiropractic/parental struggles and been there with us every step of the way...
Whitney Coleman has so much knowledge in physical exercise training as well as this new experience of becoming a parent! Everything from A-Z... She even teaches a course called the Happiest baby on the block at Sanford hospital!
I'd also highly recommend Dr Rachel for acupuncture
