I order impact windows and doors, and I don't know much about the service's installation procedures and time required. Kosta and Nicholas were very professional and courteous; they first took the time to explain the entire process and then started the work, so that I knew exactly what they were doing. We lost roof shingles during a storm last night, and I wasn't sure who to call and get the service. Luckily a friend had your number, and she gave it to me. As soon as I called, I was got provided exceptional customer service. Nicolas and Kosta reached me after we booked an appointment. They were experts in their work and did an amazing job. Thank you. I loved dealing with this company. Not only did they answer the phone at the first ring, but their care and concern followed me throughout the whole process. If I was worried about something in the production process, Allianna and Janifer reassured me. As a matter of fact, the whole team did. The windows and the doors are perfect. It was worth the wait. I highly recommend them.
